At Spark Homes, LLC we specialize in the development of real estate using Modular and HUD code Manufactured Homes. We focus on tying the homes and land together to provide our clients with attractive, low down payment financing through FHA, USDA, Conventional and VA loan programs.
The permanent foundations we set our client’s homes on are professionally engineered to last. We do things right the first time and we do not cut corners. Our clients are also afforded the opportunity to sit down with a professional interior designer to help make color and feature selections.
