We are new, but our faces are familiar. Owners Byron Bates and Julie Mckay have worked in manufactured home and modular home business in Athens and North Georgia for over 20 years. We are proud to offer a number of beautiful homes built by the nations top builders, and over the years, we have helped hundreds of families realize their dream of home ownership. We can now offer our customers a more personal home buying experience without the high pressure and cost of a large corporate-owned sales center.
