About us
HomeMax owner, Dave Fautley, entered the manufactured housing industry as a salesman for a small independent retailer in 1976. He enjoyed the flexibility of being able to help folks find their dream home. As successful salesmanship would have it, he moved on to work through the ranks of a very, large publicly held manufactured home company. He suffered under the inflexibility of a large company with their huge corporate salaries and stringent management. He also found it more difficult to please the customer with pricing, service and product. As a result, Dave Fautley started his own business in 1994.
